By accessing and using SpeechParrot.app, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

SpeechParrot.app provides an audio transcription service that converts spoken audio into text. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the transcriptions will be 100% accurate.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content of the audio you upload and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SpeechParrot.app, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
